MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS CO-ORDINATOR

Reporting to, and working closely with the Group Marketing Communications Manager, the Marketing Communications Coordinator will assist with the planning and implementation of integrated Marketing Communications campaigns for CBS&U's 12 brands.
- Digital - website development & implementation. Website updates using CMS. Creating product e-shots, e-newsletters and measuring campaign success. Social Media
- Literature & Print - Responsible for literature updates/changes to product specifications and keeping master documents up to date. Liaison with external agencies and in-country contacts for translation of literature.
- PR - Collate information from external sources to create press releases for trade magazines and digital platforms. Researching and preparing awards entries.
- CRM system (SalesForce), to create lists for digital mailings & research projects for PR.
- Exhibition & events
- Sales Team support - development of presentations, trade counter displays/pos
- Supporting Distributor promotional campaigns.
- Launch strategy involvement for New Products & Value Engineering projects.
- Internal Communications - responsible for employee newsletter -‘In the Pipeline’
- General administrative support including purchase orders/invoices, budgets & expenditure sheets
- This role would suit someone with previous Marketing / PR experience, client or agency side or alternatively a recent graduate with a BA/BSc in Marketing, English, Design or other related subject.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, innovative and self-motivated with a hands on approach
- Organised with project management skill
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Familiarity with design software would be an advantage.
- Language skills helpful, but not essential
- Driving License essential.
